Applicants will be notified no later than September 8, 2019 whether they are accepted or waitlisted into Holy Bones. Artists and vendors are juried based on their overall spookiness, quality of products or services, and digital presence. Upon acceptance, vendors have 7 days to complete their booth fee payment, or the space will be awarded to the next member in the waitlist.

 

Holy Bones takes place outdoors, rain or shine, outside of the Ypsilanti Performance Space. Large tents will house crafters and vendors who do not have tents. This event takes place in the evening in October. Though lighting will be provided for larger tents and walking areas, we strongly encourage vendors with their own tents to use this as an opportunity to decorate their tents with lights, lanterns, pumpkins, and illuminated spookiness. Please keep all illumination flame-free! (Fire performers are an exception)
